In contrast to therapy, Life Coaching does not focus on the past, but on the future and how we want to live now.
As a Life Coach qualified from Life Changes you'll have the tools to help your clients create a kind of life that makes them proud.
You'll learn how-to coach at the globally recognised gold-standard level of The International Coaching Federation (ICF) and be encouraged to develop your unique style.

ABNLP Accredited NLP Practitioner
With NLP you will get tools to go much deeper with your clients and help them transform on a level that matters.
NLP works with the unconscious mind to overcome anxiety, self-esteem, imposter syndrome, stress, limiting beliefs, self-sabotage and more.
Somatic NLP brings the importance of the body into therapy and coaching.
Develop a powerful NLP toolkit with NLP to help people on a level that makes a real difference.

Metaphors
Metaphors are deeply unconscious processes that have a profound influence on our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
In this module you'll learn to identify and navigate your clients metaphors for deep and profound change. The work draws on Clean Language and David Grove.
Archetypes
Archetypes have a profound effect and can be considered clusters of energy with beliefs, values and their own methods of actualisation.
Perhaps one of your archetypes is the explorer, or the sage, or the healer.
Understanding our unique makeup of archetypes, our innate drives we can shape our lives to fit our true essence, aligning goals, desires and life with who we truly are.
The Hero’s Journey
Our stories, the meaning of our experiences, and our narratives we tell ourselves, shape how we view ourselves, and our identity and place in the world.
Imagine discovering the connections in your own life between the world of the mundane, the threshold, the path of trials - making meaning out of chaotic and random events.
The Hero's Journey is hugely empowering and meaning making.
ICF Coach Mentoring
10 hours ICF coach mentoring included
Your streamlined pathway towards ICF ACC accreditation with ten hours of mentoring. Seven group sessions and three 1:1 sessions.
This is a requirement for our streamlined path towards ICF ACC credential, but you're not interested in ICF accreditation you can opt out.

Beautiful safe space to express ourselves
I can be quite introverted, but Nina created this beautiful space during our coaching and NLP training where we felt safe to express our thoughts and feelings freely and as such we grew together, celebrated each other and had formed deep friendships by the end of the course. I didn't want it to end!
I wasn’t sure what to expect as the coaching and NLP training was all online, but I needn’t of worried as Nina has such mastery at making every individual of the group feel seen, heard and valued.
