Metaphors
Metaphors are deeply unconscious processes that most of us don't have access to - yet they influence and direct us everyday. They have a profound influence on our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Building on David Grove's work, you'll learn to make changes in the unconscious mind.
Archetypes
Archetypes have a powerful influence over our lives and if we carry wounded and shadow archetypes can create havoc in everyday life.
This class goes deep into teaching of archetypes and helps you transmute shadow elements into sources of personal power and identity.
You will gain insight into the archetypes that have influenced you in life and discover facets of yourself you didn't know existed.
The Hero’s Journey

Beautiful safe space to express ourselves
I can be quite introverted, but Nina created this beautiful space during our coaching and NLP training where we felt safe to express our thoughts and feelings freely and as such we grew together, celebrated each other and had formed deep friendships by the end of the course.
