This ICF accredited Diploma includes both Life Coaching and Advanced Coaching skills meaning you can work as a Life Coach, or work as a corporate or executive coach.
Life Coaching is a transformative approach that help us dig deep, and gain clarity and confidence to move forward. Life Coaching works with goals, vision, purpose, values and mission.
As their personal life coach you will help them build a future that is authentic, aligned and inspired.
Applying the ICF core competencies and integrating Nancy Kline's "Thinking Environment" you'll learn to create a Sacred Space for your clients to reflect and reset.

ABNLP-Accredited Advanced NLP Practitioner
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a coaching methodology based in the therapies of Frits Perls and Virginia Satir.
At the Nina Madden Academy you will learn to work on a deeper level with your clients, to face challenges and deal with common issues like anxiety, imposter syndrome, self-sabotage and more.
NLP is for everyone and anyone who wants to improve in any area of life. It's deep and impactful and makes lasting change in our neurology. NLP helps us coach at identity level.
Eligibility to join both ANLP & ABNLP.
Metaphors
Metaphors are deeply unconscious processes that most of us don't have access to - yet have a profound influence on our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Building on David Grove's 'Clean Language' metaphor work, you'll learn how to work with these internal landscapes to make changes in the unconscious mind. By understanding the metaphors your clients use, you can help them shift deep-seated patterns at the source.
Archetypes
Archetypes have a powerful influence over our lives and if we carry wounded and shadow archetypes can create havoc in everyday life.
This module goes deep into teaching of archetypes and helps you transmute shadow elements into sources of personal power and identity.
You will gain insight into the archetypes that have influenced you in life and discover facets of yourself you didn't know existed.
The Hero’s Journey
Discover the patterns in your personal life and connect the dots to your own hero's journey.
Our stories and narratives shape how we view ourselves and our identity in the world.
The Hero's Journey builds on the work of Joseph Campbell, and provides a frame to acknowledge and shift our stories. Change your "stories" and you will change your life.
Level 1 (ACC) ICF Accredited Coach Mentoring
Includes three months ICF coach mentoring
At the Nina Madden Academy we include the three month ICF coach mentoring within the programme fee whereas many of our competitors don't.
You will be working with your ICF coach mentor towards your ACC credential. This is where you deepen your coaching skills, get supervision on real cases and develop your confidence as a professional coach.

Programme Overview In a Nutshell:
ICF Accredited Diploma in Coaching and Advanced NLP Practitioner
Live on-line groups three times per year.
This programme qualifies you as an ICF Professional Coach, Life Coach and Advanced NLP Practitioner.
Programme Outcomes:
- ICF-accredited Level 1 Diploma: Professional Coaching & Life Coaching (the gold standard in coaching)
- ABNLP Accredited Advanced NLP Practitioner: globally recognised and eligible for both ANLP and ABNLP membership
- Accreditations: Accredited by the ICF (ACC) level. Accredited by the ABNLP at NLP Practitioner level with NLP Master Practitioner pathway. Trainer Members of ANLP.

- Live Online Training: Five to eight weeks (two days per week)
- ICF Coach Mentoring: Three months of dedicated ICF coach mentoring (7 group sessions and 3 individual sessions)

Beautiful safe space to express ourselves
I can be quite introverted, but Nina created this beautiful space during our coaching and NLP training where we felt safe to express our thoughts and feelings freely and as such we grew together, celebrated each other and had formed deep friendships by the end of the course.
