Five-Week LIVE Cohort TRAINING
Here’s how the live pathway unfolds in practice (weeks, support, mentoring). Two days per week of small-group, immersive training (spread over 5–10 weeks; weekend and weekday options available) where you will:
- Complete an ICF Level 1 Accredited Transformational Coaching Curriculum, supporting eligibility to apply for the ICF ACC credential
- Complete an ABNLP-recognised Advanced NLP Practitioner curriculum, meeting all live training requirements
- Explore Archetypes, Identity Metaphors & the Hero’s Journey — mapping identity narratives and unlocking profound client transformation
- Engage in hands-on guided training from the start, with real-time observation and feedback
Train within an ethical, client-centred methodology at the heart of every session
12-MONTH LEARNING CONTAINER

Access the full training via recorded classes to support review and integration, allowing you to work through the curriculum at your own rhythm with guided learning, demonstrations, and ready-to-apply frameworks.

MENTORING & SUPERVISION
Guidance as you begin real client work:
- ICF-aligned group mentoring, delivered by PCC and ICF-assessor-level trainers, and counted toward the ICF mentoring requirement for ACC
- Supervision to reflect, refine, and navigate real client cases
- Ongoing integration to strengthen methodology, presence, and confidence

After 18+ years in private practice my focus is EMDR Therapy and / or client-led ICF Coaching with NLP Coaching Archetypes and Hero’s Journey.
I am the founder of Life Changes, Time-To-Think facilitator, internationally accredited trainer of NLP and Coaching.
I have a passion for creating inspirational and transformative learning environments.
My training rooms are safe environments for learning. I apply a Time-to Think facilitation approach where you get the inspiration, insights and learnings you need to become a competent coach-leader; unique in your own style.

Beautiful safe space to express ourselves
I can be quite introverted, but Nina created this beautiful space where we felt safe to express our thoughts and feelings freely and as such we grew together, celebrated each other and had formed deep friendships by the end of the course.
I wasn’t sure what to expect as all of the sessions were on Zoom, but I needn’t of worried as Nina has such mastery at making every individual of the group feel seen, heard and valued.
