Archetypes and Identity
Archetypes are within us as energy, behaviour, beliefs and value clusters. It's not labelling or putting people in boxes. Instead it asks: What universal patterns of identity, motivation, belief, and value are operating here?

The Hero’s Journey
The Hero's Journey asks: Where am I in the journey of change? Are you in the world of the mundane? On the threshold? Loved by clients in all context the Hero's Journey in coaching helps you help your clients change their disempowering narratives for more personal power.

ICF-accredited group mentoring, This is friendly and supportive group work of three months.

Followed by three months ICF-coach mentoring.

Beautiful safe space to express ourselves
I can be quite introverted, but Nina created this beautiful space where we felt safe to express our thoughts and feelings freely and as such we grew together, celebrated each other and had formed deep friendships by the end of the course.
