Metaphors have a big, hidden influence over our lives and we tend not to be aware of how they affect our unconscious mental blueprints and identity structures.
Human thought process is largely metaphorical and in this module you'll learn how to identify the metaphors that impact your life and identity.
Archetypes

Archetypes are unconscious drivers that shape our journey in this world. There are many archetypes beyond the ones we normally think of (King, Queen etc). Perhaps you have an addict archetype, a gambler, or a visionary or an explorer like Amelia Earhart? Perhaps you’re driven by the Healer, or the Sage always seeking new wisdom. Or are you embodying the martyr?
In this module you will learn to understand how your innate archetypal energy is linked to your identity and life path. You will make peace with your archetypes and learn to access the power they bring you – so that you can fully fulfil your potential, develop new skills and be the best version of yourself.
Somatic, Trauma-Informed & IFS-Informed Practice

As an IFS informed EMDR therapist I understand the deep impact that trauma has on the nervous system and on our core identity.

The stories we tell ourselves about ourselves have a huge impact on our world-view and experience of life.
In this module you will learn how to use the power of the Hero’s Journey and the idea of the seven 'universal' stories to empower your life.
The Hero’s journey was developed by Dr Joseph Campbell in the 1950s. The theory is that all great stories have a similar narrative structure.
You will discover your own Hero’s Journey, and how to find power and wisdom in those events of your life that often feel confusing or painful. You’ll also learn how to shift a victim mindset into an empowering approach to life and challenges.

I've been helping people change their lives since 2007. My training is informed by two decades of private practice and a strong belief in our ability to shape our lives with intention.
I believe in freedom of the soul, expansion and a life lived with creativity and adventure.
NLP and Life Coaching helped me change my life totally in 2007. I went from unconfident and lost, to having a very successful private practice, living in my dream home, owning a coaching school and fulfilling dreams of adventure.
Beyond being an EMDR therapist and NLP Master Coach, I am an intrepid explorer and adventurer having ridden a motorcycle in Africa and Kazakhstan, slept under the stars in the Rajasthani desert and ridden with wild horses in Kyrgyzstan.
My mission is helping you lead an Inspired, soul-led, self-led life.
My Certification Training isn't about getting it done. It's about getting it done right, and becoming the coach you want to be.

Beautiful safe space to express ourselves
I can be quite introverted, but Nina created this beautiful space during our coaching and NLP training where we felt safe to express our thoughts and feelings freely and as such we grew together, celebrated each other and had formed deep friendships by the end of the course. I didn't want it to end!
