What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching helps you move from where you are to where you want to be more quickly and effectively than if you acted alone.
Life Coaching is a practical, results focused conversation where you get a chance to think deeply about what you want in life. It uses a range of cognitive tools and methods that supports you in making it happen.
Life coaching also has a range of methods to help you change unhelpful thinking and behaviours so that you can have what you want in life.

Life Coaching vs. Counselling - Key Differences
The differences between life coaching and counselling is that counselling focuses on the past, whereas life coaching helps the client find satisfying solutions to the problems here and now.
Even though sometimes we will discuss the past, life coaching is concerned with effective solutions that are meaningful and applicable.
It seeks to create a present that we feel happy with now.
